Andy Ball
ADHD Coach
Hi, I’m Andy.
I know how draining it can feel when ADHD makes even simple things heavier than they should be.
I trained in ADHD coaching with ADDCA, and that shaped the strength-based approach I use today. I’m here to help you understand your unique brain wiring and find ways to work with it, not against it. Together we’ll focus on your strengths and bring forward parts of you that may have felt hidden behind challenges.
Coaching with me is practical and tailored. Together we’ll develop tools you can use day to day — from coping strategies to time management techniques — while also finding ways to put your natural strengths to work more effectively.
I offer coaching funded privately, through employers, or via Access to Work.
At Andy Ball Coaching, my focus is on helping you see the value in what you already bring, work through the barriers that get in the way, and find space to thrive in your own way.
Areas of Expertise
ADHD Coaching, Life Coaching, Workplace Training, Co-Coaching, Neurodiversity Awareness & Support
No two individuals are the same, especially when it comes to how we experience and navigate the world with neurodiversity. That’s why I offer a flexible range of coaching packages, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. These can be funded privately, through your employer, or via an Access to Work grant.
Whether you’re seeking support with task prioritisation, time management, emotional regulation, or finding strategies that genuinely work for you, I’ll work alongside you to create approaches that feel realistic, manageable, and empowering. My coaching draws on evidence-based methods and a deep understanding of ADHD and the challenges it can bring in both daily life and the workplace—helping you move towards the goals that matter most to you.
If none of the packages feel like the right fit, please get in touch. I’d be happy to talk through your situation and explore how we can co-create a bespoke coaching approach that supports your goals and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
